To Pay: Payment can be made on CampBrain, the software used to register campers. You may also pay via cheque if you wish. Payments must be made by the first day your camper begins their program.

4 Day Week Camp Pricing
This rate is for the weeks of July 2-5 and August 6 – 9, as camp will not be running on Canada Day or the Civic Holiday (August 5th).

Camp Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Upon registering for camp, a fifty dollar ($50) non-refundable deposit will be emplaced for each camp you register for.
If in-person camp is cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions, full refunds will be given. You will have the option of having your deposit go directly to online camp or back to you.
If cancellations are arranged with Science Quest more than five business days (5 business days) in advance of the start date, a full refund, minus the $50 deposit (on each camp) will be given.
Cancellation requests with less than 5 days’ notice will be charged in full unless under extreme circumstances as decided by Science Quest. There are no refunds for cancellations given with less than 24 hours’ notice regardless of cause.
NOTE: There is no charge for switching weeks of camp (pending availability). In the event that a camp is cancelled by Science Quest due to unexpected circumstances or low registration, any registrants are entailed to a full refund in any camp fees including the $50 deposit or registration in a different Science Quest camp of the same camp type (i.e. only non-specialty camps can be exchanged for one another).
