Camp Bursaries

Summer 2021 Update

Due to the changing public health and COVID-19 guidelines we are not accepting camp registrations for the summer of 2021 at this time. We are working diligently with Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington Public Health and Queen’s University to create a fun and safe Science Quest experience for our campers this summer, whether in-person or virtually. We will update our website and all social media platforms as soon as we have more information to share. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at info@sciencequest.ca!

Science Quest has a bursary program in place for families who find it not financially feasible to send their children to camp. To apply for a bursary, you will either have to register and pay in full by credit card or you can choose to pay by cheque which will allow you to register without payment initially.

When registering, please complete the bursary application form. You are able to request up to a 90% bursary on each camp session registered for. Once submitted, all bursary applications are processed and applicants are notified the status of their application within one week.

If the requested percentage is approved, that amount is refunded to the original method of payment. To ensure that our bursary fund is distributed as fairly as possible, the maximum bursary amount that can be awarded to any singular family is $450.

Camp bursaries can be requested for camp in Kingston or Satellite camps. Contact business@sciencequest.ca with any questions or concerns.
